Mr. Jost received a B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary , and attended the Harvard Business School. He received a J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Virginia Bar. Mr. Jost has served on a number of boards over the years including appointment by the Governor of Virginia to the College of William and Mary Board of Visitors (the College’s Trustees).

A lifelong advocate of economic freedom and personal liberty, Mrs. Jost is a board member of the Cato Institute. She is also a member of the board of the Dupuytren Research Group, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Dupuytren disease. Mrs. Jost has held leadership positions in countless political campaigns and other organizations and was a founding member of the Human Rights Commission in Arlington County, Virginia.

She is responsible for all of the accounting and administrative functions of the properties including preparation of the financial statements and investor distributions as well as overseeing human resources and insurance. Mrs. Rowcliffe has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from the Community College of Southern Nevada. Mrs. Rowcliffe has served on the boards of various real estate related associations, Chambers of Commerce, and Convention and Visitors’ Bureaus.

Jonathan has been in the real estate industry since 2005, most recently working at the Principal level, and prior to that as a Vice President of Acquisitions. Both firms focused on multifamily investments in the Washington, DC MSA. He has invested in and raised capital for over $1B in real estate transactions. Mr. Mayer

Mr. Mayer is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution and asset management of Chandler’s investments. Mr. Mayer received his B.S. from Babson College and his M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Mr. Mayer has coached lacrosse at the Varsity and Club level in the Washington, DC area and is a founding board member of the FCSP Foundation.

Stuart has held a leadership role in the multi-family industry since 2005, gaining extensive experience managing diverse portfolios of asset classes. He currently oversees the operations of Chandler's portfolio. Mr. Gohd, a seasoned leader, has effectively managed high-performance teams and demonstrated expertise in overseeing property operations, implementing management platforms, introducing technologies, managing reputation, and enhancing asset positioning through renovations at companies such as Bell Partners, The Connor Group, and Hawthorne Residential Partners. Mr. Gohd earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson certification.

Mrs. Tyler has an Associate of Arts degree and has studied both Biology and Business at the University of Central Florida. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Oviedo Chamber of Commerce.
